On July 13, 2023, the policy seminar on renovation direction for aging new towns was held. 

At Han-A Urban Research Institute, Mr. Kee Hyo-Sung, Executive Director, gave a presentation on "Industrial structure shift and direction of renovation." 

Since the end of 2022, our company has been participating in the "1st new town renovation master plan (1. Basic policy) establishment and institutionalization plan study". 

The ordering organization is the MLIT(Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport), and the partners are the KRIHS(Korea Research Institute for Human Settlements) and the KLRI(Korea Legislation Research Institute).
